PURPOSE OF THE JOB To promote and provide the free kitchen survey & planning service to potential and existing customers in a professional and timely manner. To support the External Sales Rep in meeting deadlines and providing accurate quotations to customers. Maintain a high understanding of all branch products, their features and benefits. (Door Range, Hardware, Flooring, and all other products in addition to Kitchens) MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● To maintain a high level of presentation of showroom display area, including the cleaning of, and the availability of up to date literature. ● Responsible for identifying, capturing and bringing leads into the branch. • Follow up on all leads generated by others members of the branch team & provide on site surveys when required. • To provide excellent customer service identifying the customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. • Generate higher margins on each sale by way of accessorising and maximising 'add on' sales opportunities. • To ensure accuracy of all kitchen plans and quotations. • To manage your diary effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and customer plans are completed within the agreed time scales. • To understand your customer base and liaise regularly with the External Sales Rep regarding customer requirements. • To have sound working knowledge of relevant building regulations. • To ensure Company Health & Safety, Security and Smoking policies are observed at all times.
