Key Activities | · Check Meeting Room bookings on a daily basis and ensure that all catering requirements are noted and served as required | | · Order business lunches and coffee machine supplies as required, ensuring that Purchases Orders are completed and authorised by Facilities Manager, in line with company processes | | · Liaise with the Support Administrators and the Caretaker to ensure that all customer requirements are met | | · Ensure that Meeting Rooms are clean and tidy prior to serving refreshments for meetings | | · Clear meeting rooms when meetings are finished and ensure that the room is clean and tidy for the next meeting | | · Regularly clear Café and kitchens | | · Ensure catering stocks are replenished regularly, liaising with the Caretaker | | · Ensure that Reception, Café and kitchens are clean and well stocked with crockery and supplies of tea, coffee and sugar | | · Other ad hoc duties as required | Skills/Knowledge | · Customer focused | · Flexible | | · Team player | · Common sense | Job Type: Permanent Location: South Korea - Seoul
