RESPONSIBILITIES · Own entire HCL AXON relationship for one to two major European accounts · Indicative revenues for each account are £10m-£30m per annum · Full P&L responsibility for each account · Specifically targeted on account margin and revenue growth · Will usually also oversee delivery at the highest level and so maintain a ‘trusted advisor’ reputation with the client executive and run a senior management team of programme / project managers ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE · Strong leadership and relationship skills · Track record of building strong and fruitful ‘C’ level relationships in large enterprises · Track record of successful account development and incremental sales growth · Must have previously held full commercial accountability for SAP centric consulting engagements in the region of £10m · Original background in SAP consulting delivery, ideally having operated as a Programme Manager or Programme Director on major SAP programmes (100 people + engagements) · Strong understanding of both commercial and delivery risk management Permanent Location: South Korea - Seoul
