| Job Purpose: | Lead and win major bids into tier 1 companies Develop and grow the industry proposition and build the industry-aligned commercial team |
Key Activities: | ¤ Define a compelling proposition and vision for each sales opportunity ¤ Lead the bid team, including 3rd party resources to execute a winning bid ¤ Run Board-Level sales presentations and meeting ¤ Take an ongoing in the client engagement to manage the commercial relationship ¤ Manage relationships with SAP & other partners ¤ Be a industry expert in chosen sector – able to understand key industry issues and how HCL AXON’s solutions can address these ¤ Grow the industry-aligned commercial team to service all of our European market | Competencies: | ¤ A proven leader, able to win work and grow a world-class team ¤ Able to articulate compelling industry-specific solutions to industry-specific issues ¤ Able to build peer based relationships at the executive level ¤ Able to deliver powerful and engaging presentations ¤ Manage and execute a sophisticated account plan ¤ Ability to lead and manage bid team ¤ Effectively manage 3rd party relationships ¤ Ideally, will have strong programme management background with capability to contribute to senior level programme governance through programme board ¤ Excellent understanding SAP Project life-cycle ¤ Be viewed as a senior member of the HCL AXON Management team, providing leadership and aspiration for developing employees ¤ Ideally have good network in chosen industry | Skills / Knowledge / Experience | ¤ Good Degree / Tier 1consulting company pedigree ¤ SAP / ERP Experience ¤ Demonstrable influencing skills ¤ Proven tier 1 client commercial success, having led the sale of significant new name sales | ¤ Self driven ¤ Self motivated ¤ Credibility at Senior Level ¤ Strategic Insight ¤ Ambitious | Interview Process: | ¤ Recruitment Interview ¤ Peer interview – Sector Director ¤ Half-day assessment centre with presentations and one-on-one meetings | Requirement Sign off ¤ Europe & Africa Head & CEOJob Type: Permanent Location: South Korea - Seoul
