Please seek the approval of your line manager prior to applying for this post on a secondment basis. West Sussex County Council has been successful in its bid to the Future Jobs Fund (FJF) and will lead a programme that will create up to 212 jobs across West Sussex during the period January 2010 to March 2011. The bid was developed jointly with a wide range of partners from the public, private and voluntary sector across West Sussex who are offering employment opportunities to the project. WSCC, as lead body for the bid, has ultimate responsibility for delivery of the project and the operational management of the programme sits within West Sussex Works, an existing project focused on enabling people from disadvantaged groups to find work. You will be responsible for the effective management and will lead on the delivery of this exciting, new, high profile project which will have a direct impact on reducing the number of unemployed young people in the county.
