- Promoting the sale of LP gas, appliances, and other products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Compliance with all safety regulations by all employees as prescribed by the Company and by law.
- Collection of all accounts receivable and for maintaining the collections in a current basis in accordance with the Company's credit policy.
- Accounting for all moneys, supplies, LPG inventory, appliances, and fittings.
- Implementing the marketing plans for the store, and training employees to respond to their customers and potential customers in a manner supportive to the marketing plan.
- Shall cooperate at all times with programs of Kamps Propane Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries and shall assist in any manner to ensure the successful and profitable operation of the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Responsible for the interviewing and hiring of new employees of a quality, caliber, and attitude to fill the job available and who will grow within the job and be capable of advancement.
- Shall perform counseling and motivation of employees and shall make evaluations, appraisals, and compensation recommendations on employees in compliance with company policy. Will establish standards of performance for each employee under his/her supervision.
- Responsible for the termination of employees who do not follow company policy or are not capable of accomplishing assigned job tasks in a correct or timely manner.
- Supervises the employees of the store and determines the attitude among employees, for the maintenance of good customer relations and the work assignment of each employee.
- Supervises the Account Executive, motivates the salesperson, reviews and approves the commission report as to accuracy and timely delivery to KSG.
- Developing a team with employees to support and achieve the store’s goals and plan.
- Shall cooperate at all times with programs of Kamps Propane Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries and shall assist in any manner to ensure the successful and profitable operation of the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Maintaining a friendly and cooperative attitude among employees and the maintenance of good customer relations on the part of all employees.
- Monthly manager reports and yearly business planning process.
