The position will involve dealing with customers face to face, on the telephone and in writing. You will need to share our commitment to delivering excellent service to customers at all times and possess a positive and professional attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential the ability to work flexibly within a team environment are all key qualities required for this role.
If you have had experience in a demanding customer services position, where you have dealt with answering queries and problem solving, building solid relationships with a variety of customers, then we would like to hear from you.
Experience of general office work and operating a PC are essential.
