A great opportunity to play a key role in supporting frontline services in their use of electronic systems, which present all relevant intelligence to educational practitioners to inform their support of children and young people across Leeds. Your main responsibilities will include embedding best practice in the use of our suite of electronic systems. This will include sign-posting users towards content, ensuring that practitioners record their information and case notes in a format that best supports the appropriate sharing of information with fellow practitioners and the gathering and specification of requirements for future system developments. A high level of customer service and good IT skills are fundamental. This role requires you to understand both the use of bar-coding technology and the logical application of computer scripts (however the design and development of such scripts is not required for this post). Good interpersonal skills are a must as you will be working closely with many partners, as well as coaching individual users. Job Type: Permanent Location: Thailand North - Lampang
