QualificationsYou hold a degree in business information technology, business economics or related area and several years of professional experience. You have experience with IS-U and CRM-Environment and preferable workexperience in the area of Application Support. You have professional experience concerning energy-management processes and implementation in IS-U/CRM You are strongly customer and service-orientated as well as solid experience in building and nurturing customer relationships Your quality requirements are high and you enjoy working in a team You have good analytical and conceptual skills You have the ability to think from a corporate perspective and in a networked way You have strong persuasive powers and ability to cooperate, also under high-pressure and in conflict situations
