Key responsibilities of this role include, driving business unit performance across the Consumer and Private Bank businesses, assisting with the assessment of business performance against profit and cost targets including business initiatives and maintaining resource allocation methodologies to ensure business effectiveness. You will also be responsible for embedding rigorous financial management strategies into all areas of the business, including implementing capital management strategy and capital execution plan for Business Units. Other responsibilities include internal risk assessment and governance, effective delivery and accuracy of reporting and MIS systems and assisting with talent development across the organisation.
