The ideal incumbent will be responsible for the accurate processing of transactions, including loan and credit administration with a view to providing quality service consistently to both internal and external customers within agreed timeframes and in line with internal banking policy and procedural requirements. You would also be required to liaise with insurance companies for Staff Loans, prepare credit agreements and complete credit administration tasks while providing responsive customer service with minimal risk exposure. The successful candidate will be customer focused possessing good English communication skills and an advanced level of computer literacy. Experience in ledger and generals with a sound knowledge of Bank policy and procedure, including an understanding of front/back office processes and procedures are essential.
