We are looking for a Development Facilitator to join our HR Development Team providing training and development for all staff across the University. You will be responsible for induction of new staff and delivering training workshops on a variety of subjects. You will be a confident and engaging presenter able to work with a variety of audiences. You will have the ability to gain credibility quickly through self confidence and excellent communications. You will able to utilise your analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions. You will need to be able to manage multiple programmes, prioritise your workload and provide a high standard of customer service. You will need to be a strong team player as well as being able to work on your own initiative. Job Type: Contract/Temp Location: United Arab Emirates Dubai
