The CSC provides a thematic focus for cross-sectoral work in sustainability. We undertake consulting, professional training and qualifications, knowledge transfer, and research, with partners and bespoke teams to tackle multidisciplinary problems. We are seeking a leader in the field of planning, urbanism and/or design for a professorial post. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a track record in research teaching, and/or consultancy. The University mission is business facing, and hence close links with industry and collaborative research activities are desirable. Candidates will have an international profile in their specialist discipline, a record of refereed publications, and a record of external funding from industrial and public sources. Successful supervision at Doctoral level is also desirable. Part-time opportunities may be available. Job Type: Permanent Location: United Arab Emirates Dubai
