s a member of our Asset Policy team, you will play a key role in this challenging time by optimising our asset management processes. Joining a growing team with annual expenditure in excess of £500m, your specific responsibilities could include anything from implementing new technology to monitoring our asset commissioning or providing an exemplary asset replacement and strategic spares policy via your comprehensive knowledge of asset health. You will also act as the technical lead for a specific area of expertise e.g. Protection & Control, Transformers, Switchgear, Cables, Substation Design & Management or Civils. As such it is essential that you posess the industry experience to initiate change, drive development and manage complex R&D projects. You should also posess a broad knowledge of transmission technologies, a degree or HNC in electrical/mechanical engineering and proven experience in asset management. In conjunction with your Chartered Engineer status or ability to progress to Chartered Engineer status, these qualities will enable you to help us keep this nation energised.
