The main tasks of the EEE Part Quality Inspector is to perform inspections at EEE manufacturers facilities.
- Application of international normative system (ESCC, DSCC, ...)
- Precap inspection at EEE Manufacturer facilities, during manufacturing flow : internal visual inspections, die shear, bond-pull, manufacturing travelers review.
- Final Customer Source Inspection (CSI) at EEE Manufacturer facilities : final inspection and final acceptance review when screning, Lot Acceptance Test are completed, correlation throught repeated electrical test, data review, DPA, etc, ...
- During these inspections at EEE Manufacturer facilities, it is the opportunity for the inspector to perform Quality audit on praticular points and to insure an overall survey of the manufacturer.
- Support to incoming operations, validation of test reports (visual inspection, data review, DPA, PIND test, Electrical, ...).
- Technical follow-up of subcontracted tests (DPA, PIND test, Electrical, relife, up-screening, ...).
- To perform DPA or other EEE related tests during incoming inspection.
- Constitution and verification of the overall dossier related to a EEE batch in accordance with the relevant approved PAD

- Frequent travels at EEE Manufacturer facilities in Europe (from 1 day up to 4 days per week).
