Description of the jobFor Defence Electronics in Ulm within the department PNSM1 - Electronic Warfare we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f). Tasks Your responsibilities will include: - Sales support of ongoing projects - Taking care of existing customers in order to secure follow-on business - Acquisition of new customers / new projects - Lead in the preparation of bids - Tracing of bids already provided to the customer - Active participation at product teams of the program unit being responsible for the marketing and finally selling of these products - Support at negotiations of contracts - Analysis of customer (structures) ("Buying Centre Analysis") - Development of strategies in order to win contracts (WIN-strategies) - Measurement and verification of customer satisfaction - Main contributor to the Operative Planning with focus on Order Input - Monitoring of activities of competitors and development of strategies to counter competition monitoring Your skills We are looking for candidates with the following skills: - Combination of technical background (engineer) / customer knowledge (military career) with some sales experience desirable - Considering the military background someone with airforce background would be preferable - System experience in SAP mandatory - Knowledge of internal contracting and charging is an advantage - German: Fluent / Negotiation level - English: Fluent / Negotiation level Job Type: Permanent Location: France Il-de-France - Paris
