Revenue and Reservations Manager: The Verdura Golf Resort & Spa in Sicily, one of the most beautiful Resort Hotels in Europe, is looking for a seasoned Revenue / Reservations Manager steering the reservations department and being responsible for achieving highest possible yield to support our sales strategy. Tasks among others are:
- Monitor and control the hotel's inventory on a daily basis by setting restrictions on number of rooms that can be sold in each market segment
- Communicate proper selling strategies and overbooking possibilities on a daily basis to the Reservations Office, Front Office and Sales Office
- Complete forecasts (7 day, 30 day, 90 day, 180 day)
- Maintain rates and availability in Protel/Trust, etc.
- Ensure we are up to date with all GDS marketing and yield capabilities
- Monitor and update internet reservation site and 3rd party sites
- Month end reports
- Assist and train the reservations Team in selling techniques. The candidate should have experience in Reservation and S&M department, budget and revenue planning.
Furthermore, he should
- be S&M savvy
- have good knowledge of all levels of the entire luxury hotel operation.
