The Verdura Golf and Spa Resort, Sicily's most beautiful Resort Hotel, is looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator who functions as the communication center of the department and supports the Housekeeing Manager in administrative tasks. This individual should have Housekeeping experience and should be devoted to outstanding customer service. He or she should be very articulate at the phone, very organized, efficient and self motivated while also being task oriented. Follow ups are essential. The individual must be responsible and have good understanding of customer service. He or she must have a warm and positive telephone voice and must be able to delegate effectively. At least one year housekeeping experience or experience as office coordinator desire Italian and English are a must.
