1. Work with our business partners to analyze and redesign complex business processes and data flows.
2. Perform detailed analysis of existing systems for problem solving and system improvements.
3. Lead the implementation of applications in a dynamic team setting.
4. Lead periodic management reviews of projects to communicate project status and business process improvements.
5. Maintain and increase knowledge of new business solutions and technology.
6. Lead project reviews of new technology and system development with cross functional teams.
7. Lead projects from conception to implementation. SKILLS: FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent a minimum. Masters degree preferred
2. 10+ years of increasing responsibility in developing global Data Management or other IT systems.
3. Experience in working with engineering and/or other technical functional areas.
4. Experience developing project framework for complex IT systems.
5. Experience working with systems like PDMLink, and/or MatrixOne preferred.
SKILLS: QUALITY/IMPROVEMENT:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
3. Business process knowledge and process design experience.
4. Demonstrated attention to details
5. Time management skills
