We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Documentation Manager to join our software development team. Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and results-oriented with strong personal initiative. Responsibilities include participating and leading the efforts for an improved and efficient user assistance experience for all of our commercial software products; managing a team of technical writers in an Agile/Scrum environment; interfacing with the product owners and engineering leaders; and managing the production of high-quality technical documentation. Minimal travel is required. Required Minimum Skills and Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on software documentation experience Proven management of teams of technical writers Proven experience with modern software engineering processes and methodologies Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to produce results in a team environment Job Type: Permanent Location: California-Westlake Village
