Jobs Obscelence - It's Up To You!
DF, employer member from West Sussex [UK] and Fulcrum5 from Bridgetown [Barbados], amongst have wondered about jobs obsolescence and the maintenance of these. There is a simple answer to this question - it's up to you to maintain the integrity of your jobs listings. We have 000,s of CVPlacer and CVSearcher transactions in any given day and realistically, anti-spam and cyber-pests traffic aside, policing the jobs listings is outside the remit and let's face it, capability of the CV Database Team! Thus, CVPlacer's who have a beef about endless vacancies they have seen previously, then send a message to the CVSearcher whose jobs you are looking at! Conversely, CVSearcher's are provided with ample tools to conduct extensive maintenance on their jobs a listing account manager. Bottom line is, don't blame us. Mike h
